What to Bring When Purchasing - Williams Toyota of Elmira
Many customers ask us what they need to bring with them when they're coming to pick up their new or pre-owned vehicle from us. Here is a help list of the items you should have with you when you arrive at Williams Toyota of Elmira.
-Driver's License -Title to any vehicle you are trading in
-The payoff amount or account information to your trade-in vehicle (if applicable)
-Lien Release (if applicable)
-Proof of insurance or binder if necessary
-Name and phone number of your insurance agent or company
-Proof of Income (if necessary)
-The balance of your down payment for the purchasing vehicle
-Copy of registration to trade-in vehicle
-All parties involved in purchase must be present
-All keys and key-fobs to trade-in vehicle
-Remember to clean out any trade-in vehicle for personal items (sunglasses, garage door openers, CD's, ice scrapers, etc.)
