My Review, My Story: My car’s brakes ceased to work…scary! My local mechanic wasn’t comfortable working on hybrid brake systems. Sooooo….little did I know that fate was towing my car to the nearest Toyota Dealer and this would begin my journey from service to sales at Williams Toyota (Elmira). I received the bad news through a detailed Video Inspection Report stating that my 13 year old Toyota Prius C was not Repairable…Whaaattt?! I took this report to other body shops. They confirmed that it was not repairable, would not pass NYS inspection and they would not touch it. It truly was DOA! Here starts my encounter with Andy Bostwick, Saleman. I’m skeptical of all sales people because they are trying to sell me a big ticket item. Andy was the best salesman I’ve encountered. He was both personable and knowledgeable. He even had me speak with their service technician, George P., to explaining the Video report and why my car was not repairable… seeing IS believing! This was a real trust builder for me. Bottom Line – I bought my new Toyota from Andy Bostwick because I trusted his no pressure sales technique, his knowledge and ability to explain all the Bells and Whistles on my vehicle. I also trusted George P. on his diagnosis of my old vehicle. I will bring my car to them for future “Video service reports”. Thank you Williams Toyota (Elmira)… you gained my trust! Kathy M.

I actually enjoy going in for service. Today I utilized one of the Quiet Rooms to get some work done while I waited. The snack and beverage bar is always stacked with the best stuff! I never get scolded for taking 2 cookies rather than one, thank God! And the kindness of every employee, WOW! Not one employee went past me without some sort of kind gesture or even just a welcoming smile. THIS is why I will do business with only Williams from here on out. Everything else is wonderful, but I believe employing genuine, sincerely nice and helpful people is what makes this dealership stand out. It’s a nice, MUCH NEEDED change for the automotive industry!
