“ I called today and spoke to a sales rep regarding a 2023 Tacoma TRD pro that was posted for just over 50K. The vehicle had been posted on the website for 7 days. I asked the sales rep to send me an OTD price and photos of the vehicle. He told me the vehicle was not for sale although the vehicle had been posted. I called back to speak to the manager after 2 hours because they never sent me the paperwork or pictures and the manager told me the vehicle was sold. Terrible customer service from both the sales rep and the manager! ”
